We focus primarily on a process called "gestational surrogacy." Gestational surrogacy is one of the newest infertility options, and it is preferred by people who wish to have a baby that is genetically linked to one or both of the intended parents. In gestational surrogacy, the surrogate mother is impregnated with an embryo that has been fertilized in-vitro. It can include the egg and sperm of both the intended parents, or only one of them, or neither.
