On the medical
front, those who have gone through fertility treatments
and paid egg-donor costs that were not reimbursed may
deduct them this year. Legal fees, psychological
testing, agency fees and other costs related to
fertility or surrogacy are also deductible, to the
extent they exceed 7.5 percent of your adjusted gross
income.
